Job Title: Window Washing Subcontractor

Compensation: 60%–70% of Total Billing Per Job

Job Overview:
Colorado Window King is seeking skilled, dependable subcontractors to provide high-quality window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Denver metro area. Subcontractors are expected to work independently while maintaining company quality standards and professionalism.

Compensation Structure:

• 60% of total billing per completed job when using a Colorado Window King truck

• 70% of total billing per completed job when using your own truck

• Example: A $400 job pays $240 (60%) or $280 (70%), depending on vehicle usage

What We Provide:

• Startup equipment, including ladders and cleaning materials

• Fuel coverage when using a Colorado Window King truck

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (personal truck preferred for higher earnings)

• Prior window cleaning experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and meet quality expectations

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• Comfortable and physically capable of climbing and working on ladders up to 25 feet

• Clear, professional communication with clients and Colorado Window King team members, including adding detailed job notes in the Jobber App

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional window cleaning services at residential and commercial properties

• Safely and efficiently use ladders and equipment in accordance with best practices

• Ensure all work meets Colorado Window King quality standards

• Maintain company-provided equipment in good condition

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members, including documenting job details, issues, and completion notes in the Jobber App
