Lighthouse Therapy Team, LLC (LTT) is a Mental Health Clinic with two locations in Arvada, CO. We desire to make a difference in the lives of those we work with and support everyone who comes into our office: clients, staff, and employees! We are searching for a person to join our team who wants to continue to grow in their own journey and yet be connected to a team of professionals.

We are searching for Contracts for a 1099 partnership opportunity. This will provide therapists who want the freedom of private practice with the full support of a team behind them — including business management, scheduling, accounting, and professional office space.

We know what you’re up against: community mental health burnout, underpaid agency work, or inconsistency in private practice — and we’re here to offer another path.

• Full administrative support, including initial scheduling and client recruitment.
• Credentialing support for insurance panels, including Medicaid.
• Flexibility to create a schedule that works for your life.
• Clean and comfortable office located in Arvada
• Continuing education support and resources.

• Billing and marketing staff to support case load with ease
• A step-by-step onboarding process to help you launch your business and start seeing clients with confidence.
• All accounting and insurance billing
• Clinical resources—including an integrative AI software for insurance documentation and charting standards, a library of documentation resources

 

 

 

What You Need to Get Started:

• A master’s degree that qualifies you for licensure in Colorado
• A desire to see 6-24 clients per week (you decide!)
• A commitment to high-quality, ethical care

You’ll also need to set up a few business basics when you’re ready to onboard, like a business license, liability insurance and a Psychology Today profile—but we’ll walk you through all of that.
