Emerge Counseling Center is seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) to join our growing practice in Denver, Colorado. We are a trauma-informed, faith-integrated counseling center committed to providing excellent clinical care within a compassionate and supportive environment.

About the Role

The clinician will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on areas of competence and interest. This position includes:

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a clinician who is:

• Systems-minded and willing to work with clients ranging in age from 5-adult
• Passionate about high-quality, ethical, and trauma-informed clinical work
• Warm, collaborative, and committed to professional growth
• Maintains a strong commitment to Christian faith and practice, and who is able to thoughtfully integrate theological and clinical perspectives in their work with clients
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to build a sustainable caseload
• For LPCC applicants: willing to engage in consistent supervision and clinical development

Qualifications

• Colorado licensure (LPC) OR LPCC actively working toward licensure
• Master’s degree in counseling
• Training or interest in trauma-informed approaches preferred
• Experience with EMDR, couples therapy, or child/adolescent work is a plus
