Crossroads Church is seeking a Lead Pastor.  Crossroads is a gospel-oriented church that aims to make much of Jesus in our worship, in our community with one another, and through our engagement in His mission in the world. Crossroads is located in Chippewa Falls, WI, a community that is part of the larger Chippewa Valley (including the city of Eau Claire, and the adjacent community of Lake Hallie). The Lead Pastor would oversee the teaching and preaching ministry of the church and would personally function as the lead preacher.  The Lead Pastor would also oversee the staff which currently includes a youth pastor, and an administrative assistant. The church also employs a bookkeeper and a custodial staff person. As an elder, the Lead Pastor would work alongside the Elders to strategize, lead, and implement initiatives aimed at advancing the gospel and the health of the church.  We are looking for a Lead Pastor who values multiplication – new believers, new leaders, and new churches. “The mission of Crossroads Church is to grow as a family of believers in Jesus Christ who are equipped to honor God, love each other, and impact their community with the good news of Jesus.”
