“Hope Co.” is the college and young adult ministry of Living Hope Baptist Church in Bowling Green, KY. We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth in the past few years and we are looking for a young man to join our team to assist with outreach, discipleship, and leadership development. The focus of this position is to evangelize, establish, and export young men as leaders in the church and world, but also includes opportunities to teach God’s Word, lead teams of volunteers, and develop ministry plans. This team member will spend the bulk of their ministry time engaging with students on the campus of Western Kentucky University, discipling young men, and caring for our student leaders. We’d like to hire someone who has some experience with college and young adult ministry, but who would also like to be trained as a pastor in the context of a local church.
