| Overview & Responsibilities |
We are currently seeking a Nursery Teacher. We have paid staff in both the nursery and Primary classrooms to create a more consistent experience for children, parents, and volunteers. The class size varies from 2- 5 children, ages from 0-3 years old weekly. The Nursery teacher may be sent to the Primary classroom if no Nursery children are present on the current night of service.
Care of Children
Oversight of all aspects regarding care of children during the Worship Gathering. Ensure that the classroom is a warm and welcoming place, conducive to providing the children present a safe, positive and encouraging experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome children and families with warmth & kindness. Maintain a safe, clean and organized nursery environment. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s time in the nursery.
Parent & Family Support
Present at the nursery door during Sign-In/Sign-Out to be able to connect with children, families and volunteers. Able to provide parents with a sense of security in leaving their child in your care as well as feedback on the child enjoyed and how their time went in the nursery each week at sign-out.

$24/hr, 2 hrs per week.
