30 hr/wk ministerial exemption, reg part time

Purpose: To assist and team with the Children’s Pastor in the oversight and direction of Children’s Ministry

Position requires regular attendance on Sunday mornings 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Tuesday nights from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm during the school year.

Primary role:

TruthSeekers Leadership Team – provide leadership for team through prayer, planning, casting vision, listening, and regular communication; pastor members of TruthSeekers team.

TruthSeekers – cast vision, oversight, and overall leadership for TruthSeekers program; recruit, lead, train, encourage and maintain accountability with TruthSeeker leaders in order to provide discipleship training for 3rd through 5th graders

Event Leadership – lead and oversee children’s ministry events throughout the year as requested by Children’s Pastor.

Sunday Morning – provide overall leadership and oversight of KidPoint classes during  Sunday morning services for children.

Significant experience and passion for working with children and their families, leadership, organization, strategic thinker, recruiter, trainer, administration, servant’s heart, follow through, time management.
