Known Counseling is a growing private practice in the Denver Metro/North area focused on couples therapy, trauma recovery, and individual counseling.

We’re building more than just a referral stream or contract gig. At Known, our goal is to create a team-based environment where therapists can focus on the work they love—without the stress of marketing, scheduling, or going it alone.

Our culture is rooted in humility, care, and connection. While not every client seeks faith integration, many come to us specifically for therapists who can offer faith-informed values alongside excellent clinical care.

Position Details

• Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Compensation: $85–$100 per client session (based on experience and specialty)
• Caseload: Estimated 15–24 clients per week (with room to scale up)
• Schedule: Flexible — part-time or full caseload opportunities available

Qualifications

• Current Colorado license: LPC or LPCC (in good standing)
• Training/experience in couples therapy, trauma work, or emotionally focused individual care
• Openness to integrate faith-informed perspectives when desired by clients
• Strong professional values: collaboration, integrity, and community
• (For LPCCs): We can help connect you with approved clinical supervision to support your licensure journey if needed
