Seeking a caring and reliable individual to provide one-on-one support for a child with special needs during Sunday Service. Your presence will help create an inclusive, welcoming Sunday School experience, offering families the comfort of knowing their child is valued and supported as part of our community.

Responsibilities: 

• Proving one on one care for a child with special needs during the Sunday Church Service
• Proving a fun and loving church environment 
• Assisting in integrating the child in age-appropriate children’s ministry activities at their level of ability
• Ensuring the safety of the child being supported and peers also in attendance
• Communicating with the children’s ministry director and parenting as needed to best support the child.

Requirements: 

• Experience in working with children 
• Preferred background in child development for special needs care
• Reliable, patient and kind
• Must be over the age of 21
• Willing and able to clear a background check and go through appropriate training
