Part Time Rental Home Assistant

I am looking for reliable assistant to be at the home as needed to oversee maintenance contractors, housecleaners and to be available for emergencies if needed. It is a mid-term rental so tenants stay 30 days or more. Hours are sporadic throughout the month and there will be months when you will not visit the house, generally when tenants are in residence. 

For example, I need someone to be at the home to receive a new sofa that is being delivered. Then to stay and put it together and break down the packaging. In October, the exterior is being painted so I would like to FaceTime daily in the late afternoon to view the progress. 

If you happen to enjoy non-toxic cleaning and want to take on this task so that the hours and pay are more reliable you are welcome to do so. This is not at all required as I currently use a local, cleaning company. 

You would not be responsible for managing the listing or speaking with tenants, other than showing the house, which is very rare, or meeting a contractor at the house while the tenants are in residence. 

I am looking for someone who has some knowledge of home maintenance, an eye for detail, and can dress appropriately for work. Stay-at-home mom/dad, students, seniors and retirees are encouraged to apply. Criminal background check required. Contractor W9. No benefits. 

I am interviewing Tuesday August 5, Wednesday August 6 and Thursday August 7 and hiring shortly thereafter. 

Bonuses for 6 months and 1 year of service.
