The Upper Elementary Director provides spiritual, strategic, and relational leadership for CHCC’s 4th–5th grade ministry. This role helps preteens explore deeper faith questions, navigate growing relational dynamics, and take steps toward spiritual ownership. The Director equips volunteers to lead with empathy and depth, prepares students for transition to Student Ministry, and partners with families to support kids in a critical stage of development.
