The worship Director is responsible for leading and coordinating the music and production media ministries of Christ Church. The director ensures meaningful musical ministry and quality production for in-person gatherings. This role has a significant discipleship component and serves as a visible ministry leader within our church.

Christ Church is a gospel-centered, intergenerational church in Norman, Oklahoma. Our mission is to exalt Jesus to our city, and we seek to achieve this by becoming disciple-making disciples – men, women, and families who learn to follow Jesus together and help others do the same.

1. Sunday Gatherings: A time to worship God together, sit under the teaching of his Word, and be shaped by Scripture, song, and liturgy.

2. Midweek Discipleship: Intentional opportunities on Wednesdays for growth, formation, and connection for all ages blended together.

3. Gospel Missions: Loving and serving our city and the world in response to the love we’ve received in Christ.

Our worship gatherings are blended in style–anchored in Scripture and shaped by both modern worship songs and historic hymns, with liturgical elements woven throughout. We come together each week with joy and reverence, eager to worship the Lord and grow in our understanding of his Word.
