Crossroads Bible Church (CBC) is looking for a Student Ministry Pastor to join our staff and help us fulfill our mission of building disciples who bring Jesus to our world. CBC’s Student Ministry Pastor will provide vision and overall leadership for a student ministry that regularly sees students surrendering to Jesus and passionate about leading their friends to follow Jesus. He will equip and empower CBC’s student ministry staff made up of paid and volunteer leaders. He will provide dynamic, relevant, and biblical teaching for students, and equip others to effectively teach. He will work with the student ministry staff to develop and lead fun, energetic weekly programming, special events, camps and mission trips. He will be a vital part of equipping CBC for mission success.
