Part-Time Nanny Needed – Highlands Ranch, CO

Start Date: Mid-August 2025

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO (near C-470 & Colorado Blvd)

📅 Schedule:

• Days: 2 days per week (either Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs)
• Time: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Some flexibility if needed)
• Hours: ~10 hours/week

🏠 About Us:

We’re a fun-loving, active family of five looking for a kind, responsible, and engaging nanny to care for our three young children — ages 4, 3, and 1. We’re seeking someone who not only loves kids but also shares our desire to create a consistent and nurturing environment that reflects our family values.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor play, imaginative activities, and hands-on interaction with little ones. We’re raising our kids with no screen time and are looking for someone who can creatively foster connection, learning, and healthy habits.

Most days, one parent will be working from home. Our oldest will be in preschool one of the two days you’re with us, so you’ll have just the two younger kids on that day. Light housework is appreciated, but your top priority will always be caring for and engaging with our children.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Outdoor play and exploration
• Creative, screen-free play
• Simple educational activities with our oldest
• Basic meal/snack prep
• Teaching and encouraging children to participate in cleanup
• Reinforcing our family’s rules, rhythms, and expectations with consistency and kindness

💲 Pay & Perks:

• $22–$25/hour depending on experience
• Opportunity for occasional additional hours in the fall (optional)

• Experience with young children
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and engaging
• Non-smoker
• Clear background check
• References

💓 Preferred:

• Familiarity with early childhood development
• Christian faith is a plus; we value someone who can uphold and respect our family’s values and culture
• CPR/First Aid certified
