Couples Therapist – Full-Time

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (25 client hours/week over 4 days)

• Location: In-person, Castle Rock, CO

• Start Date: As soon as you’re ready

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology

• License: Current Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)

• Experience: 3+ years in outpatient mental health, with a strong emphasis on working with couples

• Skills: Deep understanding of relational dynamics, evidence-based couples therapy techniques, excellent documentation and communication, and a warm, grounded therapeutic presence

Your Core Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week

• Conduct in-person couples therapy sessions

• Accurately document sessions, progress, and clinical notes

• Attend clinical team meetings and participate in professional development

• Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and leadership
