Description:
– Oversee the ministry of the English Congregation and direct leaders of the youth ministry
– Work with the Church Board (elders, deacons, and Chinese congregation pastor) in directing the overall vision for the English Congregation
– Shepherd, disciple, and train existing coworkers and new coming coworkers
– Preach or organize guest preachers on Sundays
– Be a member of the Church Board
