OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passionate and spiritually mature individual with a genuine love for God and people. The ideal candidate will be committed to our church’s vision, mission, values, and culture, engaging the congregation in powerful, hope-filled Sunday experiences. This role requires a commitment to collaborative ministry, leadership development, effective communication, pastoral care, and a desire to reach others through Christ-centered worship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with the pastoral team to plan weekly worship services and other special events.
Schedule worship team members and organize weekly worship services (using Planning Center).
Ensure all equipment and technology are prepared for worship services and special events (ProPresenter).
Attend staff meetings and maintain consistent communication with leaders and members.
Participate in events and projects when possible.
Provide regular pastoral care for members.
Perform other tasks and duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintain a close, vibrant relationship with Jesus.
Proven experience in leading worship in a church setting.
Strong musical skills and vocal leadership.
Experience with audio/visual equipment, live streaming, and video production.
Proficiency in software and tools related to worship and media (Planning Center, ProPresenter, WireCast, MultiTracks).
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to develop leaders and work collaboratively with pastors, staff, and volunteers.
