About Mountainview Christian Church:
Mountainview is a non-denominational church gathering in beautiful Highlands Ranch, CO. This is a beautiful community with great schools, great views, and endless opportunities for the Gospel. Our heart is to be a community on mission for Jesus here in Highlands Ranch, South Denver, and around the world with the hope of the Gospel. If we could summarize the church in one quick sentence: “We want to be about Jesus and the Bible.” That means we focus and hold tightly to what makes us Christian, and hold loosely to the things that don’t. We have a Christian Church/Restoration Movement historical background—so it is our culture and practice to take communion at every Sunday gathering and have baptisms open to believers any Sunday of the year. We are protected and lead by a team of elders who have entrusted the day-to-day ministry decisions to a gifted staff. As a staff team, our heart is for Mountainview to be a place that ministry is strategic, intentional, and actually enjoyable. We want to work hard together, have fun, be connected, and be healthy. We are a conservative theologically, with a high value of GRACE and the complete work of Jesus.
Our MISSION is to “Reach the world, one person at a time, as we learn to THINK, LOVE, and LIVE like Jesus…and reproduce that in others.” We have eight CORE VALUES that align how we do ministry: Biblical truth; Authentic Community; Stewardship; Missional Living; Leadership Development; Prayer; Family; Excellence.
