Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will work collaboratively with team members, handling diverse responsibilities to meet agency needs. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, particularly during high-demand periods such as renewals or claims events. While no insurance license is required to start, this position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, with room to advance by obtaining an insurance license and taking on expanded responsibilities. Team members are expected to embrace new processes, tools, and responsibilities to support agency growth and enhance client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other digital tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn about the insurance industry.
  • Willingness to grow in the role by obtaining an insurance license (supported by the agency).
