The Evangelism Director provides visionary leadership to advance the church’s mission by championing evangelism and overseeing the Trailhead Ministry and Baptism. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that equip the congregation to share the Gospel effectively while offering hope, healing, and support to those navigating life’s challenges. As a key leader at Cherry Hills Community Church, the Director collaborates with staff, ministry leaders, and external partners to achieve impactful outcomes. This role focuses on strategy, mentorship, and alignment with church priorities, ensuring the effective execution of evangelism, Baptism, and Trailhead initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or leadership; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in a church or ministry setting, with a focus on strategic planning and team leadership.
• Strong ability to develop and implement church-wide evangelism strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with experience managing programs and budgets.
• Proven ability to foster Christ-like relationships and mentor staff and volunteers.
