The Evangelism and Trailhead Ministry Lead manages the daily operations of Trailhead, Baptism logistics, Starting Point, and volunteer coordination. This role ensures a welcoming environment for care and connection while supporting new attendee integration and providing spiritual encouragement. Reporting to the Director of Evangelism and Trailhead Ministry, it aligns activities with church goals and ensures smooth execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, biblical studies, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in ministry or a similar role, with an emphasis on operational and volunteer coordination.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteers in a ministry setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer prayer, biblical encouragement, and practical support.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in managing schedules, tracking metrics, and overseeing logistics for programs and events.
