School Admin Assistant
Bethlehem Lutheran School is a faith-filled community where we believe in shaping lives and nurturing the potential in every student. Bethlehem is looking for a joyful, reliable, highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support to our school administration and staff. In this role you will provide a critical part in maintaining the smooth operations of our school office while supporting the day to day needs of our students, families and staff. Our ideal candidate is one who is passionate about education, is detailed oriented, has previous administrative experience and has a strong faith.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily office functions
- Manage school communications, schedule meetings, respond to emails, calls, letters
- Manage school procurement of curriculum, supplies, catering; reconciles purchase documents
- Provides first aid to students and keeps health records updated
- Manage school and student records with accurate data entry skills, produce monthly reports
- Schedule and support special events (graduation, music concerts, registration, staff meetings)
- Collaborate to help support the needs of students, families and staff
Pay starting at $18/hour or higher depending upon experience. This is a full time position with generous benefits, including discounts for your student to attend Bethlehem.
