Group Fitness Trainer & Coach
Camp MissFits is seeking a high energy, passionate, and experienced fitness professional to help a busy women’s fitness studio!
I started this business the summer before my last year at DenSem – and we’re still going strong after 18 years. 🙂
At Camp MissFits, we help women (usually between the ages of 40 – 55) get FIT, improve strength & mobility, lose weight, and ultimately feel BETTER so they can live their best lives!
ALSO, we invest a lot of time & energy into helping our coaches GROW.
As a key member of our Coaching Team, you will:
1. Deliver top-notch fitness training in a group, semi-private, and virtual training environment.
2. Support clients on their health journey through follow-up & accountability, as well as encourage and motivate them (through 1-on-1 coaching sessions or simple check-in texts).
3. Be part of a dynamic Fitness & Wellness Team – always eager to grow & learn, as we continuously seek ways to serve our clients better.
This is a part-time position.
Available Schedule (Sessions Needing Coverage):
AM’s: M-F 6:00 AM (1-2x/week), M/W/F at 8:30 – 11:30 AM
PM’s: MON, THUR 4:15 – 7:15 PM
SAT 7:30-11:30 AM (rotate 1-2 per month)
Our studio is located at 1500 W. Littleton Blvd, Littleton.

You need to have the following skills:
1. Certified in Personal Training, Group Exercise, or similar.
***Please note that I’m NOT looking for a Yoga Instructor, as it does not align with my Christian worldview. We offer Barre, Pilates, HIIT, TRX, Kickboxing, Cardio-weights conditioning, Group fitness training, and Semi-Private training. You also do NOT need to have experience in every modality.
2. CPR Certified
3. Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
4. Great communication skills – spoken and written
5. Problem Solver
6. Team Player – we love to have FUN with team challenges, bonuses, celebrations, and team-building events!
7. Punctual – if you run late, please don’t apply.
8. Reliable – you’ll take ownership of your position because you won’t be constantly supervised
9. Great communicator through text and email
10. People Person
