Pennsylvania, is seeking an Executive Pastor to join our leadership team.

The Opportunity
As Executive Pastor, you will partner closely with the Senior Pastor to provide organizational and
spiritual leadership, ensuring the effective operation of the church, ministries, and church life. Your role
will encompass overseeing key administrative functions, mentoring staff, and fostering a healthy,
collaborative culture that aligns with our mission.
You’ll take the lead in areas such as financial stewardship, ministry alignment, and operational strategy,
while also contributing to spiritual care and discipleship. This is a unique opportunity to make a Kingdom
impact by ensuring our church operates at its best so that we can love and serve others well.
What We’re Looking For
Our next Executive Pastor will be a servant-hearted leader who:
• Demonstrates a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and meets Biblical qualifications for
leadership (Titus 1, 1 Timothy 3, 1 Peter 5).
• Is an experienced team builder with at least five years of leadership in ministry settings.
• Brings strong organizational and administrative skills to oversee budgets, operations, and
policies.
• Loves God’s Word, discipleship, and the local church.
• Holds or can obtain ordination in the Bible Fellowship Church.
• Has theological training (Master of Divinity or related degree preferred).
Your Role
• Operational Oversight: Steward the church’s financial, legal, and operational health. Provide
oversight of staff, facilities, and strategic initiatives.
• Spiritual Leadership: Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to disciple the congregation and staff,
preach and teach occasionally, and nurture ministry leaders.
• Ministry Collaboration: Align ministries with our vision, launch new initiatives, and ensure
ongoing spiritual growth within the church body.
