WHY WE’RE LOOKING:
The Life Groups Coordinator manages the general administration and growth of life groups. This position helps recruit, train, and coordinate life group leaders and Serve team members. Responsibilities will include developing new groups and increase consistency within existing ones.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide direction to life groups and continual assessment and evaluation
- Understand and support the needs of Serve team members on a regular basis
- Recruit life group leaders and Serve team
- Plan and implement life group leaders training
- Monitor connect cards and Group Finder to connect people with a life group based on their needs
- Coordinate life group discussion questions
- Support and encourage life groups and their leaders
- Collaborate with other areas of ministry to discover and develop new groups, increase consistency, and track attendance within existing ones
- Coordinate, run and follow up with GroupLink events – twice annually
- Communicate with tribe members about project or event details to run successful events
- Support Men’s Monthly Gathering, additional Groups events and directives
- Support multisite communications
- Develop and maintain ongoing encouraging communication systems
- Participate in a life group
- Prepare and deliver messages and teachings when appropriate (Men’s Gathering, podcasts)
- Meet regularly with the Men’s + Life Groups Associate Director for ongoing spiritual and professional growth opportunities
COMPENSATION:
We take good care of our people. The anticipated salary for this role is $50,000 – $60,000 with full benefits provided in addition to the salary.
