Senior Pastor
First Congregational Church of Ashland, NE is extending a call for a full time pastor. Our current pastor is retiring after giving 10 years of service to our congregation. Our church has a small, but stable and faithful congregation with recent growth and the anticipation of continued growth. We’re located in historic and picturesque Ashland, a community experiencing dynamic growth, ideally located halfway and 20 minutes from Nebraska’s two largest cities of Omaha and Lincoln.
Our hope would be for out next pastor to continue to provide for the spiritual well-being of all our church friends and members. It is important for them to communicate well and support the church and to set an example of living a Christ filled life. Our search committee will consider all lay, licensed or ordained ministers.
Our church is a member of the nondenominational National Association of Congregational Christian Churches, America’s First Church.
