The Position:
The Legacy Fellowship Coordinator will work closely with the Legacy Fellowship Director to
organize, plan, and execute Legacy-related activities, including events, day-to-day operations,
data collection, volunteer training, individual coaching, and other various needs related to
helping program participants grow financially. The Legacy Coordinator is responsible for
cross-departmental work within CrossPurpose, in order to manage program marketing,
administration, and the upskilling plans of the participants. This person should be comfortable
working autonomously and managing projects with a thorough attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Program Operations Responsibilities
- Ensure that all program activities operate consistently within the mission and values of CrossPurpose
- Works closely with other teams and centralized departments to ensure effective programmatic coordination and communications between the departments
- Conduct candidate intake calls and assessments during the recruitment and admissions process for Alumni
- Interview and help make decisions regarding the admission of potential Leaders into Legacy programs
- Ensure program compliance by tracking and communicating attendance, progress, and other data points as needed
- Manage program calendar and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure clear communication of events and activities
- Manage system for program supplies
- Create timely and accurate stipend reports
- Track expense receipts and complete monthly expense reports
- Event Management Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled gathering events
- Foster the development of the community in a constantly changing environment.
- Assist the Director to design, plan, coordinate, and execute the logistics, operations, and communications for all program-related activities and events
- Organize and oversee volunteer training to help run program events
- Coordinate closely with the staff team to support community programming, including facility use and hours
Data Management Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze the appropriate data to inform the programmatic and operational decision-making process
- Analyze and assess program aspects based on data collected
- Input data into the existing Salesforce CRM platform to inform the programmatic and operational decision-making process
- Maintain data input, analysis, and export of reporting as needed for program compliance
- Create and enforce policies for effective data management
Qualifications:
- Cultural competency and sensitivity with groups and individuals representing a variety of needs, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Experienced in small event management (10-200 attendees)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Administratively focused
- Detail-oriented and organized, must be excellent with follow-up and follow-through.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to respond flexibly to a fluid and evolving program environment.
- Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, complete work on time, and work independently.
- Proficient in Google Suites and other software.
- Deep passion for the CrossPurpose mission and values.
- Employees must provide their own working laptop and smartphone.
- Strong commitment to Christian faith.
Salary & Benefits:
- Hours: 40 hours/week: Core Hours are Monday – Friday, 9a-3p. One night a week is required for Legacy Fellowship Cohort meetings (until 8:30p)
- Salary/Wage: $55,000 – $66,000 annual
- Vacation: 15 days per year, plus the office is closed Christmas Day – New Year’s Day, and staff have limited duties
- Sick Days: 6 days per year
