This position will oversee all aspects of CBM’s two  men’s residential programs, CORE and RISE. Executive leadership, service and compassion for others, skills in transformational counseling and coaching are required. In this position, it is expected that you will embrace collegial, professional and team approach with those you supervise, counsel/coach and collaborate.  The CORE (Community RE-entry) program is a collaborative with the Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC). Participants reside at CBM for up to 90 days. You will be responsible for CBM’s relationship with DOC, oversee all CORE operations including administration, entrace and dismissal of participants, engagement with probation officers, the development of house rules, programming, spiritual services and counseling. You will also be responsible for our RISE (Rise in Christ) community, which is a 6-month or 1-year discipleship program for formerly homeless men wishing to deepen their relationship with Christ. You will be responsible to identifying potential referral agencies, admitting participants who have demonstrated sobriety and sanity, and all other aspects of this program. This will include guiding them into full-time employment (or training), counseling/coaching them as needed, assisting with permanent housing and faith formation. There is plenty of room to be creative.
