Job Description

English Interim Pastor Profile Qualifications

•         A man of God as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
•         A graduate from an accredited seminary or a Bible college—Or about to graduate from an accredited Bible College or Seminary.

English Interim Pastor Qualities

•         Biblical in teaching & doctrines
•         Personal & approachable to connect with the congregation & newcomers.
•         Strong in preaching, evangelism, and outreach
•         Passionate in teaching, discipleship training, & developing lay leaders
•         A prayer warrior to lead by example.

Other preferable qualities

•         Experienced in preaching.
•         Experienced in promoting youth ministry.

Note: The minimum contract period is at least one year and may be extended upon mutual agreement.  The interim Pastor would preach each Sunday except for Joint Services when the preaching would be done by alternating between English and Chinse pastors.  Also, the incumbent will teach English adult Sunday school (Either in person or online).
