Executive Assistant
Job Description:
The Converge Rocky Mountain Executive Assistant orchestrates smooth interaction between the Converge Rocky Mountain staff and partner churches. Together we are seeking to transform lives and communities for God’s glory throughout the Rocky Mountain West and beyond. The Executive Assistant must exhibit excellent people, verbal, and writing skills. They should enjoy working with a variety of churches and people groups. CRM churches are located in 4.5 states. Most relationships are built primarily through cell and online interaction. Administrative duties include database management, social media and web updates, periodic mailings, and gathering content for online and printed newsletters. Event planning is also an important part of the job. The Executive Assistant will also work closely with the Converge Rocky Mountain Regional President, assisting with a variety of tasks. Since the Regional President is often on the road, the Executive Assistant must be a self-starter, self-supervised, and maintain a strong work ethic to carry projects to completion.
Applicants must be in agreement with the Converge Statement of Faith and the vision/values of Converge Rocky Mountain. They must also be skilled with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. A knowledge of Planning Center and social media marketing is strongly recommended. This is a full-time position with a 3/2 hybrid option.
