JOB OVERVIEW:

Redemption Hill Church was planted in Greater Boston 13 years ago. Our Redemption Kids ministry exists to equip and come alongside of parents and guardians as we provide safe and fun environments for kids to be transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. The candidate will provide visionary leadership for our ministry, birth to Grade 5, with a strong focus on Sunday morning execution and follow-up. This role also includes some non-Sunday family experiences as well as time spent providing administrative support for the RHC Leadership Team. On-site presence required for Sunday experience but the role includes a highly flexible work week in a remote work environment. The candidate must live locally in order to integrate with congregation and community.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities include:

Drive strategic vision, planning, and implementation of RK ministry integrated with RHC overall.
Create and direct attractional Sunday morning experience for children and families.
Champion the development of strong leaders and volunteers.
Develop non-Sunday opportunities for children and families.
Provide administrative support as you coordinate “People Movement”, manage RHC Calendars, coordinate RHC softwares, collect metrics, and assist Elders in managing relationships with RHC stakeholders.

HOW TO APPLY:

This position is paid for 35 hours per week; benefits to be discussed during the hiring process.

For the right candidate, there is an option to construct a Part-Time Role focused solely on responsibilities of directing our Children (but not including administrative duties) – to be discussed during an interview process.
